New Client Introductions

We would be happy to discuss how we can be of service to you. Schwartz LLC provides services mainly to private equity and hedge fund management firms, corporations, professional investors, asset management firms, financial institutions or family offices of high net worth individuals with the financial ability to bear the cost of our fees, and who are knowledgeable and experienced in financial and business matters. Almost all of our new clients are introduced to us by private equity firms, investment bankers, investment fund managers, financial institutions, private bankers, fund administrators, accounting firms, financial advisers, or other law firms (including many major U.S. and foreign law firms) with whom we have a longstanding relationship. In some cases, we have established preferential billing rates for clients introduced by certain service providers. If you are interested in exploring the possibility of having our law firm act as counsel for your firm or transaction, it is usually beneficial (though not required) to ask your service providers (such as a private banker, fund administrator, or another law firm) whether they can make an introduction.
