Sulafah Zaini

Sulafah Zaini is an international law clerk in our corporate and securities practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions and cross-border regulation of private investment funds. Sulafah is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center. She received her law degree (LL.B.) from Umm Al-Qura University: Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Schwartz LLC, was a partner at a law firm in Jeddah (Jiddah, Makkah) and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and a part-time lecturer at Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia.

Sulafah is fluent in Arabic (Native) and English (fluent).
