Nady Mayifuila
Intern
Nady Mayifuila is an international intern in our emerging markets corporate and securities practice. Her practice focuses on private equity investments and other corporate and financial transactions, including investments in emerging markets.
Nady was a trainee lawyer in the law firm of Mbuy Mbiye Tanayi et Associés, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Nady received law degrees from the University of Nancy 2, Nancy, France and the Protestant University of Congo, Kinshasa, DRC, a Master in European Business Law with a concentration in EU Competition Law, US Antitrust Law and International Taxation at the University of Paris 10, Nanterre, France, and a Master of Law in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law.
Nady speaks fluent English, French and Lingala.
