Tanisha Belhomme is an associate in our corporate and securities practice.
Tanisha is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School, where she was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. Tanisha received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
Previously, Tanisha was a legal intern in the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, where she was involved in the review of foreign issuer cryptocurrency public offerings, a legal extern in the Capital Markets and Derivatives Division of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) in New York, a litigation intern in the Office of the New York City Comptroller, and a legal intern with Brooklyn Legal Services.
Prior to law school, Tanisha was a paralegal with The Safe Passage Project in New York. Tanisha is fluent in Haitian Creole.
