Yuqin (Evelyne) Zhu is a law clerk in our corporate and securities practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions and cross-border regulation of private investment funds.

Evelyne is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. Evelyne earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Tongji University in Shanghai, China. Before that, she worked in transaction support at Clifford Chance LLP in Shanghai and was a legal assistant at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai.
