Mamta Hariasra is a law clerk in our corporate finance and securities practice.

Mamta is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.). She received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (BBA LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School in Pune, India.

Prior to pursuing her U.S. law degree, Mamta was a senior associate at Trilegal in Mumbai, where she was involved in representing domestic and international lenders on Indian bond issuances, acquisition finance, structured finance, project finance, factoring and restructuring settlements. Mamta was also an associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she was involved in project finance, acquisition finance, external commercial borrowings, hedging arrangements and bond/notes issuances under Indian laws and Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 for domestic and foreign multinational companies. Mamta also has in-house experience at Citigroup in Mumbai, where she advised on the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements on behalf of various Citigroup entities.
