Theophilus is a Law Clerk in our securities and investment practice.

Theophilus is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where he completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Prior to pursuing his LL.M. degree, Theophilus was a Senior Associate in the Project Development and Finance practice group of OAKE Legal, a law firm in Nigeria, where he advised project sponsors, investors and developers on a wide of range of transactions covering electric power, real estate, finance and gas. He is also experienced in commercial arbitration and has successfully defended a client in US$2.5 million private equity investment arbitration matter.
