Tuhina Dave is Law Clerk in our corporate, technology, and securities practice.

Tuhina Dave is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Technology Law & Policy. She received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Mumbai.

Prior to pursuing her U.S. law degree, Tuhina was an associate at several law firms in Mumbai, India and later was in-house counsel at two companies in Mumbai, handling a range of international disputes, licensing agreements, counseling clients on trademarks and copyrights, as well as drafting and negotiating subscription agreements, software licenses, data processing agreements, and other information technology agreements. Tuhina holds a Certificate in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Mumbai, a Certificate in Securities & Corporate Law from the Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai.

Tuhina’s past pro-bono work has included providing legal assistance to women-owned businesses and start-ups.
