Warren X. Adote is law clerk in our corporate and investment funds practice.

Warren Adote is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Class of 2024. During his time at St. John’s, Warren was recognized as an Aequitas Scholar and achieved distinction as a Quarterfinalist in the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute 1L Competition.

Warren’s legal journey has been enriched by a variety of impactful experiences. He has interned at the White House and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and served as a Legal Extern at ICBC Standard Bank, where he conducted in-depth research on regulatory frameworks, including the Dodd-Frank Act and SEC Rule Amendments. His professional experience also includes contributions to legal teams at Rozario Touma, P.C., where he gained valuable insights into real estate, corporate, and labor law. With certifications in legal research from LexisNexis and Westlaw, Warren brings a strong foundation in legal research and analysis to his work.

Before attending law school, Warren earned a BA in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he founded and presided over the Policy Makers Association. He also holds an AS in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College, where he led the Men Achieving and Leading in Excellence and Success (M.A.L.E.S.) organization.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Warren has demonstrated exceptional leadership at St. John’s Law, serving as the President of the Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of New York Chapter and as Co-President and Co-Chair of Mentorship for the Corporate and Securities Law Society.

Warren’s diverse professional background spans roles assisting high-net-worth clients with asset and wealth management at Goldman Sachs to advocating for low-income New Yorkers’ access to legal services at the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG). His dedication to justice and public service is further reflected in his work with organizations such as the United States Attorney’s Office and the Parliament of Ghana.
