Irene G. Jandoc

Irene Jandoc is a foreign associate in our corporate and securities practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions and cross-border regulation of private investment funds.

Irene received her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, and received her law degree (LL.B.) from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines. She is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

Prior to joining Schwartz LLC, Irene was a Visiting Attorney at the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, D.C., and before then held a variety of in-house positions as an attorney in the Philippines and Laos, including in mining, natural resources, power generation, and was an associate at leading boutique corporate law firms in the Philippines.

Irene is fluent in English, Filipino, and Ilocano dialect.
