Yuchen Xie is an associate in our corporate and securities practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions and cross-border regulation of private investment funds.

Yuchen Xie is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, in St. Louis, Missouri. Yuchen earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from China Jiliang University in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Before that, she was a legal intern with the capital markets team of Fangda Partners, in Beijing, China, and before that at law firms in Ningbo, China

Yuchen Xie has achieved CFA Level I. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (native) and English (fluent).
