Associate

Kevin Huang is an Associate in our corporate, investment funds, and securities practice.

Kevin went to CUNY Brooklyn College where he was on Dean’s List every semester and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School, where he was awarded the Silver Public Service Award for doing over 500 hours of public service work.

Kevin’s legal experience involves commercial contracts, real estate, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and regulatory compliance and also reviewed construction contracts related to air rights and property maintenance.

He previously worked as a Law Clerk at Raskin & Cremins LLP, where he conducted legal research and prepared memoranda concerning personal injury, workers’ comp, and discovery matters.

Kevin also gained experience in contract drafting, employment law, and institutional compliance while working in the Legal Department at Touro University. His additional experience also includes family law litigation, corporate financial research, and federal tax matters.

In addition to English, Kevin is also proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
