Jan. 10 – Texas Top Cop Shop submits response; Twelve more amicus briefs oppose the CTA.

Texas Top Cop Shop submitted its response and twelve more amicus briefs opposing the CTA were submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court today. Eleven of the amicus briefs were filed by organizations and one was filed by U.S. Senator Lummis of Wyoming and the Wyoming Secretary of State.
