Sania Patel

Assistant

Sania Patel is an Assistant in our corporate, investment funds, and securities practice.

Sania goes to Barnard College where she is working on a BA in Political Science & Economics and has been on Dean’s List every semester.

Prior to joining Schwartz LLC, Sania was a Paralegal at Simeza, Sangwa & Associates in Lusaka, Zambia, where she conducted legal research involving corporate law, commercial transactions, property rights, and regulatory compliance. She also assisted in drafting legal memoranda, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Her professional experience includes financial analysis, investment research, and corporate planning from positions in companies and programs such as Christian Louboutin, the Wharton School, and Girls Who Invest. She has also conducted economic research examining Zambia’s copper industry, foreign investment, and environmental regulations.

In addition to her extensive research on Zambia and her Paralegal experience at Simeza, Sangwa & Associates, Sania is the founder and CEO of Project Zambia, an organization that focuses on issues such as sexual and reproductive health, education and gender inequality.
