Roxana Paucar

Roxana Paucar is an attorney of counsel in our corporate and securities practice.

Roxana is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Master of Laws (LL.M.). She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Universidad de Lima in Lima, Peru, graduating magna cum laude.

Previously, Roxana was a law clerk at Colombo & Hurd, where she was involved in drafting briefs for EB2-NIW immigration petitions. She also served as legal counsel at Etibesa in Lima, was a Judicial Fellow to Hon. Gerald Lebovits of the New York State Supreme Court and was a corporate associate at CMS Grau in Lima, Peru.

Roxana is fluent in English, native in Spanish and conversational in French. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Peru.
