Christopher Batista

Legal Assistant

Christopher Batista is a part-time Assistant in our corporate, investment funds, and securities practice.

Christopher attended Boston University, where he completed a BA in History and a Minor in African Studies.

Prior to joining Schwartz LLC, Christopher was an intern at World Information Transfer, a non-profit NGO in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), promoting health and environmental literacy.

He has also worked as a fourth grade teacher at a charter school and as a youth soccer coach for various organizations. In addition, he operated his own private coaching business, teaching students the fundamentals of soccer while emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and personal development.

Previously, Christopher worked as a laboratory assistant at Medical Chemical Corporation in Torrance, California, where he helped manufacture chemical solutions for the medical industry and gained experience in laboratory and warehouse operations.

A lifelong New Yorker, Christopher enjoys reading history books, playing soccer, and exploring the city.

Christopher is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, with beginner proficiency in Swahili and Amharic.
