Mona Allam-Magri

Mona Allam-Magri is a law clerk in our corporate and investment funds practice, with experience in corporate finance, antitrust, and the regulation of emerging technologies like AI.  

Mona earned her Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, where she received the Georgetown Law Merit Scholarship. She also holds Masters Degrees in European Business Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), Business Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), and Public Business Law (Paris-Saclay). She also obtained a University Diploma in Economic Analysis from Paris II Panthéon-Assas. 

Before joining Schwartz LLC, Mona worked at the World Bank Group in the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Unit, focusing on legal research in consumer law, intellectual property, data protection, and sectoral regulation. She interned at the United States Congress, supporting research on foreign law. Mona also worked at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Council of State (Conseil d’Etat) in France, drafting legal memoranda on French and EU law. She also served as a law clerk at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration and gained early experience in private law, immigration law, and criminal law at Giudicelli-Jahn Law Firm. 

Mona is fluent in French and English and has intermediate proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and Spanish.
