Cristhina Speicher

Law Clerk

Cristhina Speicher is a Law Clerk in our corporate, investment funds, and securities practice.

Cristhina received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, focusing on Private Equity, M&A, Contracts, and Intellectual Property. She received her JD equivalent Lawyer’s Degree from Universidad de Lima, graduating with Outstanding Cum Laude Honors. She was admitted to the Lima Bar Association March 2023 and is a licensed lawyer in Peru.

Recently, she sat for the Texas Bar Exam in July 2026. She was awarded Leaders League 2026 for M&A and finance practice.

Prior to joining Schwartz LLC, Cristhina was most recently an associate attorney at Arbe Abogados S.A.C. in Lima, Peru, where she led the corporate and finance department, and worked directly with the main partner of the corporate department. She collaborated with various global law firms and advised a diverse local and international client base on a broad range of corporate matters.

Previously, she has also worked as a Junior Associate for Lava Cavassa Abogados S. Civil de R.L., a firm specializing in corporate law and dispute resolution. Publications include her 2024 work, The requirement of the plurality of partners in public limited companies, time for a legislative change?, published in The Legal Industry Review.

Cristhina is a native Spanish speaker who is also fluent in English.
