Kruti Doshi is a Law Clerk with our corporate, investment funds and securities practice.

Kruti received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Additionally, she received her Bachelor of Laws from Children Welfare Centre Law College, as well as her Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College, in Mumbai, India.

In her previous work experience, Kruti has managed complex transactions such as IPOs, rights issues, and mergers, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and preparing key documentation. Kruti has leadership and managerial experience in various companies, and has successfully mentored new team members, delivering measurably better outcomes, even reducing ramp-up time by 20%. In her free time, Kruti pursues interests such as dancing and reading.

Kruti is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
