Teresa Tang

Part-Time Law Clerk

Teresa Tang is a law clerk in our corporate practice.

Teresa earned her LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she focused on corporate and business law subjects and engaged actively in academic and community initiatives during her time in Northern California. She received her undergraduate law degree (LL.B.) from Queen Mary University of London, where she achieved Upper Second Class Honors and provided legal assistance to community residents in East London, in everything from landlord-tenant disputes to personal injury matters.

In addition to her stellar academic background, Teresa has interned in major Chinese corporate & financial law firms, gaining valuable firsthand experience while attending shareholder meetings, reviewing and editing transactional documents for a state owned logistics enterprise, and assisting attorneys with case management and administrative tasks.

Alongside her legal experience, Teresa is passionate about animals and spends time volunteering and protecting them. She has also worked as an English teacher in Beijing, China, and in her free time enjoys activities like tennis, travelling, cooking, and hiking.
